Experience the healing power of nature, exercise and conversation with our Women's Wellness Walks. This unique approach to therapy combines the benefits of physical movement with therapeutic supports in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Walking side by side can help reduce stress, encourage open dialogue, and promote physical, psychological and emotional well-being.
