Where do you provide therapy and coaching? 

​We are a therapy, coaching, and consulting practice and currently offer virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA compliant therapy platform in CA, DC, WV and GA. We offer life and mental health coaching services across all 50 U.S. states and territories.

 

Does your practice accept insurance?

We accept clients through insurance, HSA/FSA as well as those who prefer to pay privately-all major credit cards, Venmo and Zelle as acceptable forms of payment. Feel free to reach out to verify if your insurance is accepted—we’re happy to help.

​What is a mental health coach?

A mental health coach is a professional who assists individuals in improving emotional and mental well-being. Mental health coaches use supportive, goal-oriented frameworks and models that focus on various areas, including stress management/emotional flexibility and psychological fortitude (mental resiliency), helping to improve overall quality of life. Mental health coaches do not diagnose/treat mental health conditions or prescribe medications.

​What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee. If a session is missed without notifying us or if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged, as this time slot was reserved specifically for you.
